Booking rules & cancellation policy

More than 1 hour before pickup
Cancel free of charge. If you already paid by card, you get a 100% refund back to the same card.
Less than 1 hour before pickup
No refund. The car is already reserved and on its way to you, and the slot can no longer be resold.
Cancel it yourself, any time
Use your booking reference and the phone or email you booked with — no phone call needed.
30 minutes between bookings
We always keep at least a 30-minute gap between rides, so your driver is never rushed or late.
No double bookings
One car, one driver. A confirmed time is blocked instantly and shows as unavailable to everyone else.
Payment & no-show policy
Simple, transparent payment options — pick whatever suits you best.
Card payment (preferred)
Pay securely by credit or debit card through Square when you book, or by card in the car.
Cash accepted
You can pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride — the fare is the same fixed price.
Confirm cash rides early
For cash payments, please confirm your ride 30–60 minutes before pickup so we can hold the slot.
No-shows
If you cancel or do not show up without notice, future cash bookings may require prepayment.

Do you offer a discount for regular clients?
Yes — this is one of the strongest sides of our service. Special discount for regular clients: we give discount only if you book from 3 days or more for the week in advance. You get 10% discount for 3 days per week, and 15% discount for 5 days or more per week. Just tell us you want to ride regularly and we'll give you a personal promo code to enter in the booking form, and the discount is taken off your fixed fare automatically. Codes are issued personally to regular clients, so you keep the same driver, the same car and the same fixed price every week with no rush-hour surcharges.
Do I need to download the app?
No. Call, text, WhatsApp us, or book right here on this page — nothing to install and no account required.
How to pay for the trip?
Card payment is preferred — pay securely online with Square when you book, or by card in the car. Cash is also accepted, and we also accept Zelle, Venmo or PayPal upon request. For cash payments, please confirm your ride 30–60 minutes before pickup. If you cancel or do not show up without notice, future cash bookings may require prepayment. The price is fixed either way.
Do you have a child car seat?
Yes — a certified child seat travels in the car at all times, plus a rear-facing infant seat. Tick the child-seat box in the booking form (or tell us the child's age on WhatsApp) and it will be fitted with ISOFIX anchors before we collect you. It costs nothing extra to have it ready, and any seat charge is shown up front before you confirm.
Can I cancel my booking, and will I be refunded?
Yes. Cancel more than 1 hour before your pickup time and it is completely free — anything you paid online is refunded 100% to the same card. Cancel less than 1 hour before pickup and no refund can be issued, because the car is already reserved for you and the slot can't be resold. You can cancel yourself on the Cancel a Booking page using your 8-character booking reference and the phone or email you booked with.
What happens if my time is already booked?
We run a single Tesla, so each time can only be taken once. The booking calendar shows every taken time as 'booked' and blocks it, and we automatically keep at least 30 minutes between two rides so there is always turnaround time. If you pick a time too close to an existing ride, the system tells you immediately and suggests the next free slot.
Do you work nights and weekends?
We take calls and messages around the clock, every day of the week, including holidays.
What if the flight is delayed at the airport?
We track your flight and shift the pickup time automatically — no extra charge for reasonable delays.
How does airport pickup work?
Give us your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival time. For John Wayne (SNA), LAX, San Diego (SAN), Long Beach (LGB) and Ontario (ONT) we meet you curbside at your terminal's arrivals level by default, or in the terminal with a name sign if you prefer — just ask. We allow free waiting time for arriving flights while you clear baggage, and any airport pickup surcharge is included in the fixed fare you see before you confirm, so nothing changes at the curb.
Are the drivers licensed and insured?
Every driver is licensed, background-checked and fully insured for commercial passenger transport.
How quickly does the car arrive?
Usually about 30 minutes across Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles, traffic permitting.
Can I order in advance?
Absolutely. Reserve any date and time — early flights, events and nights out are our specialty.
